We're excited to host our 2024 Nashvember vintage & handmade market on November 2nd @ Horton Events.  To apply, please fill out the form below.  Nashvember is free to apply.  Booth pricing for attending vendors is listed below.

Vendor FAQs

  • A: Nashvember is a market where you can find quality goods from local purveyors.  It is owned & operated by small business people who appreciate and want to support other small business people.  It's primary focus is vintage clothing that extends to include a few locally made clothiers as well as handmade goods by local artisans.

  • A: Nashvember is a curated market.  A good deal of product crossover between vintage vendors is to be expected.  Handmade vendors & new clothing vendors will be selected with greater discrimination to ensure a wide variety of products offered.

  • A: Vendor applications are accepted online. Apply to be a vendor here.

  • A: Attendees can pay $15 for First Pick access (9a-10a). This allows them in early for first selection of the vendor's wares.

    After the first hour (10a-5p), the event is free to attend.

  • A: Our venue is indoors & the outdoor portion is ~80% covered, allowing us to carry on with this event, rain or shine!

  • A:  Nashvember is free to apply.  8’x8’ indoor & 10’x10’ outdoor booths are available. See the booth pricing schedule above for pricing.  We strongly suggest outdoor vendors bring a pop up tent.

  • A: Out of state vendors need to add 9.25% sales tax to their sales. This will cover state and local sales tax for goods.  They will also need to go to the Tennessee Taxpayer Access Point to file their sales tax return after the event.  They will have up to 20 days after the event date to do this.  Here is a video explaining the process.

  • A: If you have any issues, email us at caleb@brandactivator.co.

  • A: Our team looks at the applications, putting an emphasis on variety & quality.  Increased similarities amongst vintage purveyors is to be expected.

  • A: Sure, but we ask that you provide contact info and submit images of anyone’s work who would be selling at the fair so they can go through the jury process and receive all fair-related communications and materials. Shared booths will each pay $125 each/day ($250 total each).
